After 37 years of Eyecare for Residents of the Great North Woods and Beyond, we regret to announce that Lancaster Eye Care will be permanently closing with last patients to be seen in November, 2026. We plan to remain available several weeks in December for final dispensings. Upon closing, we plan to transfer patient records to Hometown Eye Care where, upon request, they should remain available to you.
This has been a difficult decision due to circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for the privilege of caring for your eyes. Thank you for your understanding. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause.
